Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lixus Flow platform. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Lixus Flow Service
Lixus Flow is a platform that connects Brands with Influencers to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns on third-party social media platforms (“Connected Platforms”).
2. Terms for All Users
A. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.
B. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Terms for Influencers
A. Account Connection
By connecting your social media accounts to Lixus Flow, you grant us permission to access and collect your public profile data and post performance metrics for the purpose of campaign tracking.
B. Content Licensing
You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by participating in a Brand’s campaign, you grant the Brand and Lixus Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and analyze your content metrics for the specific purpose of campaign reporting and performance evaluation.
C. Authenticity
Influencers agree to maintain the authenticity of their accounts. The use of automated “bot” services to inflate engagement, followers, or to simulate campaign matches is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination.
4. Terms for Brands
A. Campaign Criteria
Brands are responsible for defining clear and accurate matching criteria (hashtags, keywords, etc.). Lixus Flow is not responsible for campaign outcomes or the performance of specific influencers.
B. Data Usage
Brands agree to use influencer performance data solely for the purposes of the campaigns managed through the platform. Unauthorized export or redistribution of influencer metrics outside the scope of the agreed-upon campaign is prohibited.
5. Data Ownership and Retention
A. Campaign Records
While Influencers own their content, the aggregated reports and match logs generated by Lixus Flow are considered part of the “Campaign Records.” These records are essential for the Brand’s historical audit and will be retained by the platform even if an Influencer subsequently disconnects their account.
B. Disconnection (Revocation)
Influencers may disconnect their accounts at any time. Disconnection immediately severs the technical link and stops all future data collection. Historical data collected prior to disconnection will remain as part of the relevant Campaign Records.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Interfere with the platform’s security or background worker systems.
- Scrape data from the platform for unauthorized purposes.
- Misrepresent their identity or affiliation with any organization or social media account.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Third-Party Platforms: Lixus Flow relies on APIs provided by third-party social platforms. We are not liable for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or policy changes initiated by these platforms.
- “As Is” Basis: The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lixus Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity that compromises the integrity of our matching system.
