Terms of Service

1. The Lixus Flow Service

Lixus Flow is a software platform that connects Brands with Influencers to coordinate campaigns, automate WhatsApp communications, track social post compliance via official APIs, and manage physical product sampling logistics.

2. Terms for All Users

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

B. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your brand or agency workspace.

3. Terms for Influencers & Affiliates

A. Account Connection

By connecting your social media accounts to Lixus Flow via official platform OAuth, you grant us read-only permission to access your public profile data and post performance metrics for the purpose of campaign tracking.

B. Content Licensing

You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by participating in a Brand’s campaign, you grant the Brand and Lixus Flow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and analyze your content metrics for the specific purpose of campaign reporting and performance evaluation.

C. Authenticity Guarantee

Influencers agree to maintain the authenticity of their accounts. The use of automated “bot” services to inflate engagement, followers, or to simulate campaign matches is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination.

4. Terms for Brands & Agencies

A. Campaign Criteria

Brands and Agencies are responsible for defining clear and accurate matching criteria (hashtags, tracking links, keywords, sampling requirements).

B. Data Usage

Brands agree to use influencer performance data solely for the purposes of the campaigns managed through the platform. Unauthorized export or redistribution of creator metrics outside the agreed-upon campaign scope is prohibited.

5. Data Ownership and Retention

A. Campaign Records

While Influencers own their original content, the aggregated reports, telemetry graphs, and match logs generated by Lixus Flow are considered part of the "Campaign Records" and are retained for historical audit.

B. Disconnection (Revocation)

Influencers may disconnect their social accounts at any time. Disconnection immediately severs the technical link and halts future data collection.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfering with platform security, API rate limits, or background worker systems.
• Scraping data from the platform for unauthorized commercial reproduction.
• Misrepresenting identity or affiliation with any organization or creator profile.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Lixus Flow relies on official APIs provided by third-party social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google). We are not liable for third-party platform service interruptions or external policy modifications beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lixus Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any workspace or creator account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity compromising data integrity.
