Welcome to Lixus Flow. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform to manage influencer marketing campaigns or connect your social media accounts.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When you register as a Brand or an Influencer, we collect basic profile information, including:

  • Name and Email Address.
  • Organization or Agency name (for Brands).
  • Account credentials.

B. Connected Social Platform Data

To provide our core services, Influencers may choose to connect their accounts from third-party social media platforms (“Connected Platforms”). Upon your explicit consent via the platform’s official authorization process, we collect:

  • Profile Metadata: Username, profile picture, and follower counts.
  • Content Data: Posts, captions, hashtags, timestamps, and media URLs.
  • Performance Metrics: Engagement data such as likes, comments, and reach.

Note: We only access data that is necessary to match your content with active Brand campaigns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Campaign Matching: Automatically identifying posts that meet a Brand’s specific criteria (hashtags, keywords).
  • Performance Analytics: Calculating the impact and reach of influencer content for reporting purposes.
  • Platform Improvement: Maintaining and optimizing our background workers and matching algorithms.
  • Communication: Sending essential system notifications and updates.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • With Brands: If you are an Influencer participating in a campaign, your performance metrics and matched post data are shared directly with the Brand managing that campaign.
  • Service Providers: We may use infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) to operate the platform.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Your Rights and Control

A. Revoking Access

Influencers can disconnect their accounts at any time via the “Accounts” section in the Influencer Panel. This will:

  1. Immediately delete the access tokens (OAuth) for the Connected Platform.
  2. Cease all future data collection and background polling for that account.

B. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to delete your entire Lixus Flow account and all associated personal data, please contact us at [email protected]. For further instructions, please refer to our Data Removal Instructions.

Note on Campaign Records: To maintain the integrity of Brand reporting, performance metrics associated with campaigns you have already participated in may be retained in an aggregated, de-identified format as part of the Brand’s historical records.

Our platform integrates with third-party social platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
